Assist districts in securing facility repair, remodeling, and or construction contacts such as contractors, engineers, etc.
Aid superintendents in the development of bond packages relating to new construction, renovations, and/or remodeling of facilities.
Represents school districts in all matters pertaining to new construction, renovations, and remodeling of facilities working with school board, superintendent, and district staff as requested by the district. With regards to facilities, as directed by the district, work with architect or engineer and contractor as needed.
Help develop educational specifications for new construction and remodeling resulting from an identification of programmatic needs through input from the district and directed by the district.
Serve as project manager in making regular inspections of projects underway to note compliance and work with the project architect, engineer or contractor responsible for corrective action.
