2026 SCHOOL BOARD OF THE YEAR FOR REGION 5

Region 5 Education Service Center is pleased to announce that Bridge City ISD
is the regional winner for TASA’s 2026 School Board of the Year.

Board members include:

Rebecca Rutledge (President), Judy Cole (Vice-President),Paul Zoch (Secretary), Jerry McInnis (Assistant Secretary), Mark Anderson(Trustee), Thad Hill (Trustee), and Michael C. Johnson (Trustee).

Dr. Mike Kelly is Superintendent of Bridge City ISD.
