To become an Awarded Vendor for the Southeast Texas Cooperative
Purchasing Organization, vendors must respond to one of our monthly
bid offerings. To see the bid categories and schedule of bids, please
click on the Bid Schedule link to the left.
If you are interested in responding to one or more of our monthly
bids, please email a request for the bid application to Don travis
at dtravis@esc5.net. Please
include in your request, the name of the bid, the name of your company,
the name of the person who should receive the bid and the physical
address of that person and a phone number. Your company will then
be added to our mailing list and a bid application will be mailed
to you when the bid is released.
You
may also download the bid application from the Purchasing Coop
web page. Click on the Current Bids link on the left, then click
on the bid in which you are interested, and print a copy of the bid
application. Bids are posted on the web page on the day the bid is
released.
