ESC 5 offers Internet access via its SETTEN regional network. Upon joining SETTEN, districts have automatic Internet access from any networked district PC directly connected to this network.

ESC 5 also offers a server for each district's Internet home page. Once a district has developed a home page for themselves, they can work with ESC 5 to have that home page stored on a web page server located at ESC 5.

ESC 5 also offers support services available to districts and schools on a fee charged basis. These support services include: router maintenance, technical support, Local Area Network consultation services, Domain Name services, and other related support services.
