Electronic Field Trips are your two-way audio/video link to LSC’s 250 plus hands-on exhibits and experiences.  From their Environment, Health and Invention exhibit floors, they share their most beloved exhibits such as exotic insects and reptiles, a video light microscope, real human lungs, an 80’ torsional wave and fish tanks depicting the Hudson River estuary environments.

PROGRAM: "E-Connections"
E-Connections are science explorations based on a LSC exhibit area.  Choose the topic that fits your curriculum.  Don’t see one that will do?  Just ask.  They will work closely with you to develop a program to fulfill your needs.

"E-Trail"
E-Trails invite students to explore LCS’s exhibits in depth, gathering information to complete a fun design challenge.  Teacher packet includes a pre-visit activity, suggestions for completing the challenge and extensions for further study.  Have them write about it, draw it, or build it.  You decide.  They can even present their completed challenges to LSC.
