Students 

During CEI class students are given a chance to challenge each other during the Quick Pick (timed) portion.  They select how many words they want to do (10, 20, 30.....200).  If they have the lowest time, their name goes up on the board under the amount of words (say 20 or 150).  The students who have won the most challenges from each grade(2nd - 5th)  wins for the current six week grading period.
