The Information Management department provides direct customer support, maintenance and distribution for student software applications. This service is for applications at the campus and district levels. The ESC 5 applications are delivered through the RSCCC systems software.

In addition, ESC 5's support includes help desk support, on site support, workshops and consultation as needed by its contracted school districts.

The applications offered through RSCCC include student demographics, student scheduling, attendance accounting, grade reporting (secondary and elementary), student health assessment records and evaluation (SHARE), special education management, discipline tracking, and PEIMS extract and maintenance.
