Manuals and Documentation

The manuals and documentation that accompany the systems and processes associated with ESC 5 services are available from multiple sources. The following list may not be complete, and will be updated as needed to keep it comprehensive and current.

RSCCC documentation and manuals are available to our RSCCC customers from ESC 5. These manuals are distributed with a new installation, and kept current as they are updated. Requested additional sets of these manuals could be available at the cost of printing. Additional documentation of the RSCCC system and processes is generated within ESC 5 and provided to district personnel in conjunction with the several RSCCC/PEIMS workshops held for school personnel during each school year.

Finance and Staff Data PEIMS Process

PEIMS associated manuals such as Data Standards, Attendance Accounting, etc. beyond the allocation TEA distributes to each district are available through a couple of sources. The latest versions of any such manual and/or documentation is typically available via the Internet from the TEA home page. Such material can be found on the Internet at www.tea.state.tx.us/peims. ESC 5 can also have these manuals printed for a slight printing fee.
