School Finance And Operations

Region 5 Education Service Center will provide appropriate technical support in the financial arena to school districts and charter school. Some areas include, but are not limited to:

• conduct training sessions in school finance for school personnel as well as board members;
• assess and identify any fundamental operational weaknesses in financial management procedures in school business offices;
• assist districts with the use of all modules of the web-based Foundation School Program payment system to promote better budget development and implementation practices.
