5 Education Service Center offers the service of “General
Management of School Business and Finance”. We hope that
you will seriously consider this option in the management of
your school finances for 2003-2004.
- Assist
with budget development and management.
- Keep
the Superintendent informed of the financial condition of
the school district
- Implement
accounting and financial procedures and monthly reconciliation's.
- Implement
an efficient requisition/purchasing system.
- Implement
cash handling procedures and internal controls over all cash
handling locations.
- Assure
that the district is "audit ready".

Fees
for Services:
|
There
will be an $8,000 annual fee for the Management of School
Business and Finance service. Participation in this program
will result in substantial savings to your district.
