Region 5 is offering a Field Service Cooperative to assist each participating district in improving student outcomes through being kept abreast of legislative mandates, State Board of Education Rules and Regulations, TEA requirements, and trends in education. The following categories will be offered to those districts wishing to participate:

• professional documents library
• summaries and/or synopsis, TEA correspondence, workshops and professional meetings
• timelines of critical reports
• identification and coordination of regional resources
• customized computer applications
• assist with customized computer applications
• focused administrative staff development
• assist with strategic planning and quality control
• Alternative Education Program Support Services
• Administrator Appraisal Training
• Principal Self-Evaluation Services
• T.A..P. Disaggregation Services

FEE:	$1500 per district-FSA Co-Op Only $1700 per district-FSA/SBMT Co-Op Combination $1400 per district-TAAS Disaggregation Package (T.A.P.) $2650 per district-FSA/SBMT/T.A.P. Co-Op Combination
