Administrative Leadership Development Programs & Services

The programs and services offered to superintendents, principals, assistant principals, and central office staff are based on the requirements of the Texas Education Code related to the Student Code of conduct, Curriculum, Personnel Evaluation, Site-Based Decision Making, Accountability and Compliance. An advisory group comprised of superintendents and principals provide leadership for the various activities offered at the regional level. Districts may request customized programs to be delivered on-site.
